At Cold Cups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your drinkware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused cups in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
